Fred & Donna A: 13:45, North Bay: overcast, warm and muggy. Six crows on beach, 5 gulls on water, 3 Pigeon Guillemots. Two seals at Fishery Point, 4 Pigeon Guillemots, 1 Bald Eagle.

Julie L: Saw the first flying termites today. Thistles are beginning to set seed. At 17:00 in Presidents’ Channel, 1 Harbor Porpoise. At Cowlitz Dock, the swallows were very noisy.

Winnie A: The Tibb’s to Fishery Point walks were about the same as July (A few Pigeon Guillemots, Great Blue Herons, gulls, Bald Eagles.) A void. Demoralizing.
